Log 18: Private alpha release and updated the itch.io
Trifoil is an underdevelopment puzzle/exploration game which takes influence for The Witness and Knot Theory. It's due to be released early 2023 on itch.io and steam. In the mean time follow Trifoil development as I take it from a prototype to a full featured Indie game by following me on itch.io or twitter. With that out of the way enjoy the devlog.
Hello, I've released an alpha build of the game to a very small selection of playtesters and am nerviously waiting for feedback. Figures cross people like it. Kind of amazing how for the game has come since the prototype back in April where it was just a list of puzzles. Anyway if you are interested playing the alpha please get in touch twentyfourhourpajamapeople@gmail.com
I've also done some work improving the itch.io page including recording a new game playdemo. You can take a look
Here's whats coming in the next few months:
- Hub area
- Onboarding puzzles
- Start of other puzzle areas, including a new look for each puzzle
- 2nd alpha release
- Clean up of how the tail looks
- Game trailer
- steam page
